The ordering process

From order to shipment

  1. When finalising your order, you can indicate whether you wish to have the order delivered or whether you prefer to collect it from our warehouse.
  2. You enter your purchase order number and place the order.
  3. You will receive a confirmation of your order.
  4. After we have picked the order in our warehouse, we will send you our delivery schedule (including shipping costs if applicable).
  5. When we have shipped the order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can monitor the delivery.


Shipping within the Netherlands:

For all items in stock, Exive International picks orders received before 12:00 noon on the same day. Normally, the order will be delivered to you during the next business day. Orders above our free house threshold are shipped for free. For orders below this threshold, the shipping costs depend on the number of packages and their dimension or the number of pallets. Items that are not part of Exive's standard stock and are purchased on your behalf do not count towards the free home threshold amount.

Items not included in standard stock can be purchased by Exive for you if required. These items will be booked in a separate order for you and shipped as soon as they arrive.

If you prefer to collect orders yourself, you are of course very welcome.

Shipping to addresses outside the Netherlands:

Orders can be picked up or you can let us take care of the transport. If you would like us to calculate the shipping costs and charge you for them after picking, you can indicate this when checking out your cart.
