Warranty

Exive International guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement. The warranty provided by Exive is equal to the warranty it obtains from its suppliers. The Other Party cannot claim a more extensive warranty than the warranty offered by this supplier of the products.

A warranty provided by Exive, the manufacturer or the importer does not affect the legal rights and claims the customer may have against Exive International based on the agreement.

The warranty does not include defects to the products that have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear, or as a result of damage caused by circumstances beyond the control of Exive International, including weather conditions or damage caused during transport by the Other Party. Any form of guarantee shall lapse if the item has been used incorrectly or carelessly. The guarantees mentioned in this article do not apply to gifts and free Products.
